👩💼We’ve taken the theme of this year’s International Women’s Day - Inspire inclusion - one step further, by inviting in a specialist trainer to run our March B-Hive session on Inclusive Communications.
🌍The session will explore eight key traits of inclusive communication to understand how they contribute to fostering an environment of understanding, collaboration and celebration of difference.
💼It’s important to us that Barley continually revisits and challenges our internal operations and external communications to ensure they remain inclusive: in 2022 we ran EDI training with Social Justice Collective and since then have developed our policies and built a roadmap to a more equitable, diverse and inclusive company.
Through flexible and remote working options, gender-balanced leadership and a commitment to a zero gender pay gap, we’re continuing to prioritise inclusivity in the workplace 💪
