I’m back to my energy beaming self ✨ 🧑🏻🎤
I’ve got to admit I was a bit down, a bit overworked, a bit low. The long rainy and grey days in London didn’t help my mood or my energy levels 😭
I had to literally push myself to do the stuff!
Thanks to my long-term habits and built in discipline I managed to cope and perform like I always do so that no one could see the difference 👊🏻
⚠️ But I could!
I felt it and I knew I need to do something about it before it gets out of control.
I started where I have always been reminding you to start. I scheduled extra rest and recovery time. I did go to:
🐶 Puppy Yoga
🐈⬛ Cat Yoga
👩❤️👨 Unusual dates with my husband
👟 Outdoors more often (bought new trainers as a motivation)
Then I added more - Reading,
Meditations & Breathing, Masterminding, Coaching and Collaborating.
I had a few business coaching calls, personal meet ups and masterminds which evoked new ideas💡
All was put into the action and I created a new GUIDE on How To Remove Neck and Back Pain in 2 Minutes a Day.
Super excited about the new project I put it into the testing and here we go the first feedback had popped in 😍
This together with the sunshine this week totally cheered me up & I can’t wait to hear more from you as soon you test my new guide!
