I am a 26 year old female butcher who is passionate about the industry and want to use my platform to promote a dying trade and to prove to people that it is a skill in which we cannot be without. I am so proud to be able to compete for my country doing something that I love and to further my skills, as I am starting my level 3 in butchery next month.
