While caution is understandable, shutting yourself off completely may hinder meaningful connections. Begin by cautiously trusting again, surrounding yourself with supportive, understanding people. Healing is a gradual process, but even small steps toward openness can enrich your life. And as they said, everything changes. Time will heal a broken heart.
