A unique event displaying one of the best winery of Spain, if not the best! Really difficult to say which wine was my favourite but for sure both reds and whites from this winery are amongst the best wines in the world. I was lucky to try again the 1986 Castillo Ygay blanco Gran Reserva Especial, a wine that I tried back in 2019 in Miami and left me speechless, simply the best white wine in the world to receive 100 points from different wine connoisseur from around the world, period!
As Vicente Dalmau Cebrián-Sagar @marquesdemurrieta say, the Ygay 1986 Gran Reserva Especial is like a rock star, maturity and youthness like Mick Jagger, an elegant wine yet powerful, a beautiful fight between all these concepts which still last till these days and for more to come 💯
