(setting the mood, 35 years ago, my client purchased a very steep sloping lot on the side on a mountain; lending itself to a low impact, small footprint home.
It was designed and drafted by hand; pre-dating the computer in my studio, and it was likely that Simon and Garfunkel, provided the background music)
