Вопрос связанный с питанием" Что ты ешь на массе чтоб быть сухим?" . Первое я не сухой но все же спасибо всем кто считает , что форма хорошая. Стараюсь день ото дня. Дело даже не столько в питании сколько в затратах , в периоды массонабора или подготовки к лифтингу я тренеруюсь минимум 6-7 раз в неделю , плюс по скольку работаю персональным тренером и будние дни частенько в зале провожу я делаю кардио. Естественно что трата калорий у меня бешеная , поэтому не обрастаю жиром) Однако на отдыхе становиться труднее, по скольку сейчас тренеруюсь 3-4 раза в неделю , трата енергии у меня сократилась. По этому с питанием я стал более изберательным. Жирное , жареное , сладкое стараюсь не есть ваобще. В остальном углеводы как правило, греча и рис, белок- курица и индейка, из клетчатки огурцы, фасоль стручковая. Иногда бывает сьем что то из фуд кортов , но там уже есть свой нюанс просто два дня после этого ем по строгому рациону. Hi maybe some of you are wondering why you have not seen me on the squat rack or deadlifting platform, and also why I have decided to invade one of the treadmil at our belove gym @CoreTheGym. It’s all for that crazy once in a lifetime chanllenge of Running the London marathon yes it’s crazy and now in my third week of training I can say it’s crazy. We all have that one person or persons we would gladly donate a £1 to or that charity we will support for we are currently living in an unjust world. It’s a beautiful world for some and a terrifying place for many and more to that many young children who of no fault of their own are living in hell and need our support. We might not give them a future they deserve but just to make them smile for a second is he precious least thing we all can do. The thought of given is what really counts and not the amount you give.
