Excellent sermon by Pastor Arthur Jackson. There is power in wounded worship Luke 6:6 (NKJV) 7 habits of highly effective people. He referenced Stephen Covey "Too many people make the mistake of being a product of their condition instead of being a product of their decisions because a persons decisions last longer than there conditions". Conditions we experience are light according to Paul because the trials dont last forever but produce the best out of us. Very powerful words today! Ready for a great day of action supporting @janelleperezforflorida in The Grove! 🌴👟📝 🦚🗳💙 #teamjanelle ——- Ruth's List Florida is proud to announce our endorsement of Janelle Perez for Florida State Senate, District 38. As a native Miamian and the daughter of Cuban Exiles, Janelle has witnessed the transformation of Miami, and is ready to get things done for her fellow Floridians. Janelle has already created jobs and enhanced healthcare access for her neighbors by serving as one of the owners of Doctors HealthCare Plans, Inc., a Hispanic-owned and family-owned Medicare company in Miami-Dade County. It is one of Florida’s fastest growing Medicare companies, providing affordable, high-quality medical services to Medicare beneficiaries in the county. If elected, Janelle will help flip back a state senate district that was stolen by Republicans through deceptive actions currently under criminal investigation. We need to pull out all the stops to take it back—that’s why SD 38 is one of Ruth’s List’s top priorities in 2022. We are excited to jump in and lend our early support to Janelle’s campaign—and hope you will too! Upon taking office, Meek faced the task of helping her district recover from Hurricane Andrew’s devastation. Her efforts helped to provide $100 million in federal assistance to rebuild Dade County. Successfully focusing her attention on issues such as economic development, health care, education and housing, Meek led legislation through Congress to improve Dade County’s transit system, airport and seaport; construct a new family and childcare center in North Dade County; and fund advanced aviation training programs at Miami-Dade Community College. Meek has also emerged as a strong advocate for senior citizens and Haitian immigrants. #CarrieMeek #BetaAlpha #DeltaSigmaTheta #DST1913 #FallenRattler @famualumni1887 @famu_1887 #greeklyfechargers #GREEKLYFE #proudh

ENDORSEMENT ALERT! Ruth's List Florida is proud to announce our endorsement of Janelle Perez for Florida State Senate, District 37. We need to pull out all the stops to take it back—that’s why SD 37 is one of Ruth’s List’s top priorities in 2022. We are excited to jump in and lend our early support to Janelle’s campaign—and hope you will too!
