They can provide valuable insights and ensure that the schedule accommodates their specific requirements. Bear in mind, many photographers try and time couple photoshoots with the sunset making sunset times a critical timeframe to plan around.  🖋 3. I thought I would share a little about me with you all, as I feel it’s important to identify the things that set me apart from other wedding musicians in my field! Being a woman! 💪🏼 As a female soloist, I feel somewhat of a rarity. I feel so incredibly empowered that I get to do what I love and lead by example to other women, who are looking to peruse a career in music! I sing, play the guitar, loop and DJ! This sets me apart as a women in the wedding music industry. A number of women are seen as singers, who are usually accompanied by a guitarist or sing to backing tracks. This is amazing and I’m fully supportive of this, however for me I like to enjoy the organic and original sounds that I’m able to bring, by accompanying myself on an instrument that I have been playing since I was 8 years old. My sonic capabilities are able to adjust to the vibe of your day, ie. soft, romantic and simple songs for ceremonies, more upbeat tunes for canapés, full body looped songs for reception/ dinner, as well as a “dance till you drop” DJ set with all the lights, smoke and full production!
