Summer is quickly approaching which means BUSY weekends with barbecues, birthdays, & trips!☀️🌴 Here are some of my best tips/tricks for a busy weekend so that you can enjoy your time but still hit your goals!👏🏼 1. Water - carry around your water bottle like you normally would during the weekday. My best tip is drinking as much as you can in the morning to get a head start on your day! 2. Steps - this might be pretty easy if you’re on the go during a busy weekend! If not, set a timer for every 30 min - 1 hour and take a walk wherever you are! 3. 💩 THE most common issue I see in my practice... & clients are often **SHOOK** hearing that they should be moving their bowels daily, in one piece, ideally length of the forearm, and that the ABSENCE of this is in fact, constipation.
