BLACKENED FISH TACOS WITH MANGO SALSA✨ by @olivia.adriance these easy, fresh, and healthy fish tacos will unlock memories of a sunny poolside day in Mexico☀️ Tender and flaky blackened cod filets are paired with fresh mango salsa and a sweet and spicy dairy-free sour cream atop a a warm corn tortillas for the ultimate balanced bite! I’ve used the parchment paper fish trick to sear the cod filets which I find helps to keep the tender flesh together so the fish stays nice and moist! These would be best served with a basket of chips and salsa and a margarita 😉 Ingredients: 1 lb cod 2 tbsp avocado oil 1/2 cup dairy-free sour cream 1 tbsp mayonnaise 1 tbsp honey pinch of salt 1 1/2 cups green cabbage, shredded 2 tbsp lime juice (divided; about 1 lime) 1/4 tsp salt Blackened Seasoning: 3 tsp paprika 2 tsp salt 2 tsp garlic powder 2 tsp onion powder 1 tsp ground oregano 1/2 tsp cayenne Mango Salsa: 2 cups of mango, diced (about 3 large mangos) 1/2 cup roma tomatoes, diced 3 tbsp lime juice (about 1 lime) 2 tbsp red onion, diced 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped 1/2 tsp salt + more to taste For serving: corn tortillas, guacamole Directions: Combine your blackened seasoning in a small dish Slice your cod into 1 inch filets Reserve 1 tbsp of the blackened seasoning and pat the rest of the seasoning into the fish filets. Out for the day today so had a weight watchers wrap with egg and ham before I left. Lunch was McDonald’s and I had a chicken and bacon wrap. A mini Biscoff McFlurry (worth every one of the 175 calories) and a carrot bag. Almost fell off the wagon with skittles and sour cream pretzels but recorded the calories anyway. Ordered the kids Dominos so chucked a diet ready meal (butternut grains with chicken and chorizo) in the microwave while I ordered pizza and will be dog walking when they eat. Saving me from myself. Didn’t do great on the protein front but glad I didn’t completely mess it up. I get a lot of questions about easy meals for the family… here’s one! Simple, healthy, no measuring, inexpensive. If we get full I wrap it up and we finish it for a snack later. Almost every morning my 2 year old and I share a giant bowl of Greek yogurt with wild blueberries, greenish bananas and ground flax seeds. Loaded with protein, fiber, antioxidants, resistant starch… Some people find it boring to eat the same thing every day, but if it is healthy, makes you feel good, saves time and is not expensive, I think that’s a win! 📝I’m working on giving you all the lists you have requested… meal ideas, snack ideas, healthy swaps, better brands… any other requests?!? #foodisfuel #mealideas

WEIGH DAY RESULTS ⚖️ Right, so technically I’ve lost 1lb in 2 weeks which ISNT great but I’ve had a few social events on, which involved food and drink so I didn’t expect a huge loss. I do however feel SO much better as I’ve really upped my gym lately, and do weights every night at home, I feel like I’m looking better, slightly more defined so I’m not letting this 1lb phase me tbh. Hen do number 1 is 2 weeks today and May brings my wedding season 😍😍😍😍 only 6 weeks til the wedding and ideally 1 stone to get off. Really need to hammer down on the exercise, drop some cals, increase my steps and get to it. Let’s gooooo ❤️

proud of my photos so here’s the same food but in slides 🧚🏻‍♀️ meal inspiration, not comparison. please don’t copy everything I eat in a day (especially because this legit is not everything). we could eat and move the exact same each day and would still look completely different. ⭐️ salted caramel protein powder @legion code “SKY” also i know the mac & cheese slide is not a complete recipe, but i honestly didn’t follow one and was almost fully winging it. the ingredients are there! and you basically just make the sauce in a pan on low heat: butter and chopped garlic if you have it (if not garlic powder is fine), then milk, then cheese, mustard, nutritional yeast, some pasta water where needed, and season with salt and pepper (to taste). add extra parmesan or whatever you think it needs !! fuel up & move go your body in a way that you enjoy 🫶 . . . . . . . . . #fulldayofeating #whatieatinaday #highprotein #healthyrecipes #healthymealideas #fulldayofeats #healthymeals #highproteinrecipes #pumpkinwaffles #mealprep #balancedmeals #skyreyfit #wholefoodsdiet #realfood

Ramen Noodles withOyster Mushrooms and Bok Choy A simple and Delicious recipe with my favorite vegetables! Highly recommend it ❣️ Grapeseed oil 3 packets ramen noodles, cooked according to the instructions on the package; toss the seasoning packets 3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced 1 inch fresh ginger, julienned 1 pound oyster mushrooms, sliced 2 pounds baby bok choy, washed and sliced in half 3 spring onions, thinly sliced 2 tablespoons light soy sauce 2 tablespoons dark soy sauce 3-4 tablespoons vegetable broth 1-2 tablespoons sesame oil 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds Heat 1-2 tablespoons oil in a skillet on medium/ high heat- Add ginger and garlic and cook for 1 minute. This weather ☀️ makes me excited to really get the grill going! 🍗 Grilled lemon 🍋 chicken 🍗 Makes 4 servings Each serving provides: 1 leaner 1 healthy fat 2 condiments 36 ounces raw white meat chicken breasts 4 teaspoons olive oil 1 garlic clove ¼ teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon pepper 2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon lemon juice Directions Cut 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts in half horizontally; place them on a plate. Combine 4 tsp olive oil, 2 tbsp lemon juice and 1 large clove of garlic, finely minced; pour over the chicken. Season with salt and pepper. Grill the chicken over a medium-hot fire until cooked through and lightly browned, about 15 minutes. Serve chicken, sliced, over cauliflower rice. 10 Minute Honey-Mustard Salmon!😋🔥 Yesterday made this salmon for lunch and served it on top of avocado and feta toasted with sourdough bread. Seriously the perfect meal.😍👌 🔷The Process: ☆ 1 pound of salmon seasoned with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tablespoon ghee over medium heat and sear for about 4 minutes then flip and cook for another 4 minutes. ☆ Mix together 1 tablespoon honey and 1 tablespoon whole grain dijon mustard then spread on top of the salmon. ☆ Toast a piece of sourdough bread, smear some avocado and add some feta cheese and a drizzle of olive oil. ☆ Serve with cucumbers with sea salt, hemp seeds and coconut aminos. This week I’ve been helping my clients with dinner ideas. I’m a true believer that diet is key to any successful goal whether it be to build muscle or lose weight. Eating real foods, ideally cooked from fresh and then taking the time to sit down and eat at a table (not on a lap infront of the tv) is ideal. All too often I see clients falling into the trap created by adverts targeted at them, which say you must cut out certain food groups, or this super food is a miracle for fat loss or eat this powder instead of food for weightloss. REALLY 🤔 Eat your protein, fibre, fruit, vegetables, carbohydrates and good fats. Real food!! Learn to eat better and you’ll be able to maintain your weight. Quick fixes may work short term but they never last as you’ve not learnt to eat better, you’ve just taken a short cut. 🔥🌶️ ROMESCO SAUCE 🌶️🔥 This is THE most delicious umami bomb - it’s a Spanish chargrilled red pepper sauce which originates from Catalonia and was originally created by fishermen to be eaten with fish 💕 It’s rich in flavour, spicy, smoky and sharp and will bring a burst of flavour to any crudite platter or dish. Inspired by our recent meal at Bancone, this is my twist on a Romesco Sauce! Apparently at Bancone they make theirs with 5 different nuts, but I think this mix of 3 is a winner. If in a pinch, use blanched almonds only. Just another thing the Spaniards got right 💖 200g chargrilled peppers 3 sundried tomatoes 100g toasted nuts - 50g blanched almonds, 25g toasted hazelnuts, 25g walnuts 1 garlic clove, minced 1 tsp smokey paprika 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper 1/4 tsp kosher salt 1 tbsp red wine vinegar Method: 1. Simply pop everything in a blender and blitz until you reach your desired consistency.

Stir your creamy rice & choice of milk / water in a pot over medium heat 2. Once at desired consistency, move to separate bowl & add in your protein powder of choice 3. Add in extra milk / water and mix as desired 4. Top with your banana, choc chips, almond butter and other toppings of choice 5. Serve & enjoy ☺️ BISCOFF PROTEIN PANCAKES 🥞 58g protein | 45 carbs | 869 cals Ingredients: - 2 eggs - 20g LSA - 5g Soy protein crisps - 20g melted smooth biscoff spread - 30g sugar free maple syrup - 25g choc chips - Tsp baking powder - 50g protein powder - 1 banana - 10g honey Method: 1. Start by separating egg whites into a large bowl keeping the yolks In a separate bowl 2. Mash 1 banana in with the egg yolk and set aside 3. Beat egg whites until stiff / firm 4. balsamic beet and burrata salad ⏩️ by @kissmywheatgrass_ INGREDIENTS 2 packs @lovebeets white wine balsamic beets 1 small container of organic arugula olive oil balsamic vinegar heirloom tomatoes (one red, one yellow) little cherry bomb tomatoes burrata a handful of fresh oregano a handful or two of fresh basil, sliced into strips 1/4 cup of pine nuts, toasted zest from one lemon balsamic glaze . DIRECTIONS toss the arugula in olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. then add to a large serving platter. next add the beets, sliced heirloom tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, burrata (broken into smaller pieces), zest from the lemon, and salt and pepper. lastly drizzle a good amount of olive oil on top, just a small amount of balsamic vinegar, and a *generous* portion of balsamic glaze :)
