It's time for this noodle pull 🍜 at Le Shrimp Noodle Bar after shopping at South Coast Plaza. @leshrimpnoodle uses shrimp and chicken base broth and the ramen is full of umami. Another pasta recipe for anybody looking for some Tuesday night tea inspo, taken from my meal plan with @sophiapt__
This was actually mega, I’d have eaten double the amount if I could 🤤
Macros ✨
488 calories
34g protein
55g carbs
14g fat
The below ingredients are what I followed but I have tweaked and also added something just because I know what I like. You don’t have to add :)
Ingredients ✨
75g dry pasta
14g chorizo
100g chicken breast
20g light garlic and herb Philadelphia
20g onion - I changed this to 2 spring onions because I’m obsessed
29g red pepper
Paprika
Garlic
Salt and pepper
I also added in a tsp of harissa paste because it’s literally 10/10 flavour
13g light mozzarella - I added in 30g of 50% less fat cheddar because that’s what I had
You can grate some Parmesan on top if you wish!
Put your pasta on to boil
Add your chicken to your pan and cook, add in the chorizo, onion, pepper and cook on medium heat
Add all your seasonings
Spoon in Philadelphia on top of chicken, two spoons of pasta water and you harissa and add in your cooked pasta
Let everything simmer until your sauce gets thicker and if you’re feeling adventurous, add in half a stock cube
Plate up and grate some parmesan on top

@odnowawroclaw stawia na lokalne i sezonowe produkty - prezentując polską kuchnię... od nowa - ale z poszanowaniem dla tradycji. Do siostrzanego, a zarazem sąsiedzkiego lokalu dla @mercado.wroclaw ustawia się druga (i często długa) kolejka. Co jedliśmy?
Postawiliśmy na „zakąski" i „mniejsze" bo chcieliśmy spróbować jak najwięcej:
🟢 matias w tempurze z ogórkiem małosolnym, sałatą lodową, wędzonym majonezem i chrzanem - wow, jeśli kochasz śledzie, bez wątpienia rozkochasz się w tym daniu.
🟢 fasolka szparagowa w stylu indyjskiego bhaji (przekąsek w cieście) z sadzonym jajkiem, zielonym majonezem z liści selera, piklowanym rzepakiem i szczypiorem - kolejne wow, za sprawą zmieniających się faktur - chrupkich, miękkich, otulających i lejących się warstw wspaniałych składników!
🟢 pomidory z pola podane z malinami na maślance z kiszonymi szparagami, winegret z czarnym czosnkiem, serem dziugas i koprem - słodko-kwaśna i bardzo odświeżająca kompozycja.
🟢 szproty bałtyckie z grillowanymi pomidorami, wędzonym majonezem i pesto z dzikiego czosnku - naszym zdaniem szproty swoją słonością zbyt mocno wybijały się ponad resztę; to oczywiście smaczna opcja, ale druzgocąco intensywna.
🟢 kapusta z grilla z glazurą z kwasu chlebowego i bułką tartą, komosą i zakwaszaną śmietaną - rozpływa się w ustach i przyjemnie chrupie pod zębem #musteat

When I’m Hawaii, you have to visit the original Dole Plantation. I recommend taking the Pineapple Express train for a fun tour of the plantation. We even saw some pink pineapples! My favourite treat from here were the gummy pineapple ring candies - must try!! 🍍

The perfect treat to cool you down in Hawaii! The small bowl was massive & they had so many different flavours. Definitely worth the brain freeze ❄️
5-6: Waiahole Poi Factory 🌟
This is a hidden gem!!!! One of my favourite eats of my entire trip. This is the Tahitian Sweet Lady: Warm Banana Po'e and Haupia Ice Cream! It’s a puddling-like dessert with coconut ice cream 🤤

To było jedno z tych #musteat w Krakowie. Chodziło zarówno o miejsce @ariel_krakow jak i danie z karpia. Karpia po zydowsku przynajmniej z opowiadań znamy. Natomiast nieco nieznana , ale przepyszne wersja karpia to ten po sefardyjsku-duszony z pieczarkam i cebulą. (Sefardyjczycy to Żydzi wypedzeni z Portugalii i Hiszpanii-co sami od caponaty 😉). Do karpia podaje się tradycyjny żydowski #kugel.A wino koniecznie koszerne np ze Wzgórz Golan.

新潟県魚沼市発祥の蕎麦「へぎそば」
調べてみたらつなぎに布海苔（ふのり）という海藻を使った蕎麦を、ヘギといわれる器に盛り付けた切り蕎麦であるとのこと。
有名なお店は皇室献上品ともなった十日町にある小嶋屋総本店(新潟県十日町市中屋敷758-1.☎️025-768-3311)

でも個人的に蕎麦よりもうどん派。
なので別に蕎麦は食べなくても平気だけど、蕎麦をこよなく愛する息子がいるため、蕎麦屋に付き合わせられます。

たまに天ぷらをつけてもやっぱりシンプルな盛りが一番好きとのこと。

私はいつもうどんか丼もの選択。たまに蕎麦を食べてもなめこ蕎麦やとろろ蕎麦。
