What a wonderful way to start in a new week. Trying to get to work as the panicattack kicks in. Happily Ron is always by side I searched for a parking lot and take a deep breath. Going in the breathr but it wasn't enough. So I decided to fight back my old friend. This time I will do it the yellow way, baby! And guess what, I did it. First time and I thought what the hell!?!? The yellow ones will lead you straight into your personal war and help you to survive by facing it. I have taken some screenshots of the most impressive Notes. Once again Ron was always by my side. If you turn one the speakers and hear the calm voice how leads you, you really know you are not alone. I didn't managed it to get to work, due to the physically effects but I have looked the beast in the eyes. A couple stories for you today cause it’s been a while since I posted The other day I cooked up all the random grains I have lying around that I couldn’t work out how to use up - a heap of barley and quinoa, plus a little basmati and bulgar wheat. It made 5 decent serves but I’ve had more trouble than expected using it up as a lot of my meals these days are very *dry* (need better sauce ideas!). But today’s lunch was inspired by this bowl! Grain mix, a heap of regrows beans, cherry tomatoes, corn, salsa and vegan mozzarella! Was so good I went back for seconds 🥙 . I woke up today feeling weirdly anxious.. lasted all morning at work and through lunch (despite its deliciousness) so I just made sure to look after myself and relax this afternoon with cake and Project Runway I think it may have had to do with the statement I had to write this arvo in regards to mums car accident last year - my family aren’t great with sharing emotions and I knew mum would read this impact statement and was unsure about sharing all those feelings I was feeling back then.. but we can’t progress without a little vulnerability, so on we go. Managed to get it written (700 words ) and done. Glad that’s over! Anxiety can strike any time so it’s nice to be able to power through still

One of my biggest struggles when it comes to my relationship with food is the connection to my mental health. For 12 years I have used food as a comfort and soon enough the comfort turned into compulsion. I became intolerant of my own emotions and the battle now is dealing with my emotions positively without relying on food. I read that you can’t heal in the same place that made you sick, I believe this and as such I have made the decision to move across the country to give myself the best chance at healing and bettering my lifestyle! TRAINING FOR TEENAGERS - When I was growing up I played every sport that was available to me at school. Playing sport was the highlight of my days and weeks, but this isn’t the case for everyone. Playing as part of a sports group inside or outside of school is some peoples worst nightmare. In fact a lot of teenagers can’t think of anything worse than doing any form of exercise. My 13 year old nephew absolutely loves sport and is football crazy, but playing for a team doesn’t appeal to him. Is it due to pressure? Not feeling good enough? Or can he genuinely not be bothered? I always struggled academically at school and regardless of how hard I tried I never achieved the results I deserved. The only way I dealt with the stress was to exercise as it took my mind off the situation at the time and made me feel good about myself, even if it was only for that hour. There is a huge amount of pressure applied to students of all ages and if I can offer an escape that can allow teenagers to enjoy themselves and keep fit then I will be doing something right. One of the biggest reasons people don’t exercise is due to lack of interest and confidence. If what you’re doing isn’t fun then why would you commit to it? My aim is to prove exercise can be fun and enjoyable and there is no pressure to feel you have to be better than someone else. I have a range of different equipment which helps to vary every session. I offer a service where you can have 1 to 1 training and enjoy every minute of it. Even at a young age it is important to take time out of your school life and look after your mind and body. I guess, I'm on my way to get better. Yes, the time of the year gets me depressed, but I feel like my depressive episode of before is finally kinda fading. I feel happier. Also, my anxiety is not that strong right now. I actually got out of bed and went oudside to interact with people and you know what? It felt good! I was surprised of myself, cause I wasn't even a little bit nervous about meeting with these people. I felt joy, what I haven't been feeling for a long time now. The next thing that changed is my own opinion about my body. I kinda learned to love it during the last few days. Two weeks ago I felt ashamed about showing it to my boyfriend. Now? I not even a little bit ashamed of my body. I feel strong and really confident. It's a strange and wonderful feeling at the same time. I guess, I'm actually getting better! Slow but steady! I know that recovery isn't linear and that the next bad episode will come, but I also know that I will survive this too. ️ . . . TW: Mental Health . . . Lonely. I feel so damn lonely, although I know that there are people, which are there for me. Although, I could talk to them any time. I'm grateful for this, but I feel like I have to do this on my own. Like I have go get through this alone. I'm empty and at the same time I could explode because of all the feelings and emotions I have. Sometimes I just want to hide. To hide from all people that make me feel. It's hard to stand up even just for going to the toilet. It's hard to stand up and go outside. My head is exploding and I feel so exhausted. I just want to get back to Munich, but I know it would be a bad idea. I would only be a burden there. I guess, I'm just staying in bed and starting new series today. I'm broken and down, but there will be better days. The last days took so much strength of me that I just need some time out to recover.
