I read somewhere in my feed that today is the day many people give up on their resolutions for the new year. Right, wrong or indifferent, I can see where things can go off the rails. We all have lots of commitments, but when we don’t have a plan for how we’ll reach those goals or backstops for when those plans go to , any semblance of eating well and physical activity are the first to go. The biggest obstacle I hear is lack of time. While in the middle of your day, it seems like there isn’t a lot but I bet you have more than you think you do. I challenge you to write down all the things you do in a day as you’re doing them so you can account for all your time. I did this before the holidays and it was eye-opening (not surprised though). All of that extra time is time to work on your goals—workout, meal prep, pack your food, layout your clothes for the day! If you don’t want to write your day out, there are tons of free apps that will manage activity for you. Have you done this exercise? If so, what was the most surprising thing for you? Ps: I usually workout in the morning, but switched to this evening to spend some QT with the baby girl. Love that my workouts allow for that flexibility Check out my IG stories for what I did!!!

For every “Bro” out there looking to get that nice arm pump in then send this video to your friends. An arm day seems pointless or is commonly seen as a bro workout, but if apart of your goal is to increase your arm size then it is important to include an arm routine in your program. This can be a single day of the week or split up to be done at the end of some workouts. If you’re doing a push, pull, & lower slit, then at the and of your push day add triceps, while at the end of your pull day add biceps. I recommend doing two push and two pull days a week that way you will see optimal growth compared to doing the typical 5 day split. A big thing to increase arm size is CORRECT FORM!! I cannot stress that enough! People load up too much weight and throw away their form and see no results. The best thing to do is learn the correct form, drop the weight, and doing super- or dropsets. This full worker can be completed within 45-60 minutes and is a hypertrophy workout. Don’t do heavy weight for low repetitions! Your biceps and triceps increase muscular strength by working the major muscle groups (chest & back). Happy Monday First Monday that I woke up with energy ready for leg day 🦵 - Today I was planning to run for cardio & I wanted to take a picture because it’s pretty nice outside but it’s raining .
