Maurice Messegue, the French herbalist, in his book Of men and Plants, claims the following recipe for plant extract and continuous eight minute hand and foot baths has a ninety- eight percent cure rate:
Boil one quart of water. Cool.
Steep handful of ingredients. Soak the leaves, flowers and roots for four to five hours. Strain and pour into labeled bottle. Store for up to eight days in the refrigerator.
To use: Boil 2 quarts of water. Cool for 5 minutes.
Add one cup of the above plant extract to the water.
Soak feet in eight- minute foot bath before breakfast. Use hot as possible.
Soak hands for eight- minute hand bath before dinner. Use hot as possible.
This material may be used again for added baths, but it is not to be heated or boiled again.
