Frontera Cocina Mexicana is by far one of my favorite restaurants in all of Walt Disney World. It is hard to visit Disney Springs and not stop in to eat. On our last visit, we had two amazing paleo and keto meals – both the PORK BELLY and CARNE ASADA are excellent options for those on a paleo or keto diet.
