1. Deadlifts - 4 sets increasing weight each time
2a. Single leg extensions
2b. Single leg RDLโs
3a. Barbell reverse lunges
3b. Kettle bell swings
4a. Glute marches
4b. Squat jumps
Repeat each superset x 3 and your legs and booty will be feeling the burn! ๐ฅ
