I re-call this horrible anxiety creeping in, the hours of beating myself up after... The countless failures of never keeping my promise not so much to others but to myself... #forgiveness is key in releasing the past, letting go of that energy that's not serving and moving on.<br />I wrote myself a forgiveness letter and it helped me to let go and even be grateful for the past as I know it'll be my biggest gift to share in the future<br /><br />Here a great way to write a forgiveness letter to whomever you like to make peace with! I got this from a book written by Jack Canfield.<br /><br />The good news is you don't even have to share this letter with anyone!
