Would you have mac & cheese on a pizza? I had eaten vodka pasta pizza before, but never mac, so I was really excited about this idea! However, I only thought this was okay...I'd rather have a bowl of mac & cheese on its own. Maybe the pizza was just sitting too long; my friend had a freshly baked slice that she said was better.
