As you have seen in the previous post, we cut a pattern for a Medieval hood from the "Medieval Taylor Assistant", then my husband adapted it to sew together the main fabric and the lining. <br />Since someone asked to know more, I'll show you the process using the mini project we made as a test from old bed sheets. <br />Sorry, the color is the same, so it's harder to see. We then sew the two fabrics together along the edge. <br />Why did we leave a small part open? It's like sewing a pillow case: the last side is open to reverse the fabric, add the stuffing and then close.<br />We did the same with the hood: reversing the fabric, we hid the seams.
