The night before last I poured myself into bed at 9:30PM and last night at 8:30PM and I honestly can’t remember the last time I’ve been to bed that early! This year I’ve been making a solid effort to #investinrest and #hangwithmysoul. Don’t kid yourself, I’ve been running on 12AM nights and 5AM mornings for the past week so to say that it’s going really well is a bold faced lie. This morning however I woke up feeling myself again and it reminded me to really tune into what my body, heart and mind is really asking for because running on E is literally the worst (though sometimes we have no choice!).
