Every once in a while when I'm driving for work, the beauty of my surroundings catches my breath. Usually I enjoy it and keep driving, but today something about the sun sparkling on the water made me want to stop and get a photo.
Then it got me thinking, there's always something beautiful, good, and awe-inspiring around us, when we have eyes to see it... You will find what you're looking for. If you go through life expecting to be disappointed and angry, you will find plenty to fit that bill. But if you're looking for beauty, joy, and goodness around you, your own life will be filled with it and you will multiply it and share it with others, because joy is contagious.
Today, look for the beauty. Smile at people, look them in the eye, and recognize the goodness around you!
