Okay so @love_phillyfood made me get salad for dinner, so naturally, I decided to make cookies when I got home. I was inspired by @erinliveswhole cleaner cookies, and thus these were born.
Just combine 3/4 cup of tahini (I used @soomfoods because it’s the BOMB), 1 egg, 1/2 cup of sugar (regular, coconut sugar, etc), chocolate chips (I’m not gonna limit you here but roughly 1/3 cup will be your best bet- sub something paleo friendly if that’s your jam), and a splash of vanilla (+sea salt to garnish if you wish). Chill the dough if you can (pop into the freezer for a little) before spooning it into the baking sheet. Bake for ~12-14 minutes at 350 and voila! .
