Stage 13: Pau -> Pau (Time Trial, 27.2 kilometers)
Time trial. Not much more to say, the race is pretty much transparent. This is when the big guns will look to gain time on rivals for the very select, and for most, not lose a ton of time. Oddly enough, the favorite for this stage, Rohan Dennis, abandoned the Tour in stage 12, which has not yet been resolved, but it does leave the door open for someone else. I expect to see the likes of Geraint Thomas and Egan Bernal - the Ineos heavyhitters - to absolutely tear apart the rest of their rivals. The course is relatively tough, with a couple of hills, but none of which might warrant a bike change for anyone.
