Chick Pea Curry<br /><br />Recipe courtesy : @pravalika_sweetu<br /><br />Ingredients needed.<br />1) Overnight Soaked Chick pea<br />2) Cumin seeds<br />3) Mustard seeds<br />4) Curry leaves<br />5) Onions<br />6) Green Chillies<br />7) Turmeric powder<br />8) Ginger garlic paste<br />9) Coriander leaves<br />10) Chole masala<br />11) Garam masala<br />12) Chilli powder<br />13) Salt<br />14) Tomato<br />15) Coriander powder (optional)<br /><br />Preparation time : 30-45minutes -- To the pre-heated pressure cooker; add Cumin seeds, mustard seeds and Curry leaves. Saute for a while. -- Add sliced onions and chillies and fry it till the onions turn golden brown. -- add Turmeric powder and Ginger garlic paste.<br />-- after a while add Coriander leaves and Sliced tomato and heat mix the whole ingredients. -- add overnight soaked Chick peas.
