#BehindTheScenes #FoodieFriday - Food production for the Concord Multicultural Festival is a big deal and city health codes require that all food be prepared in a commercial kitchen, supervised by people who are ServSafe certified, so needless to say, we are truly grateful for our partnership with the New Hampshire Food Bank. Not only do they provide their talented and dedicated staff and their beautiful, state-of-the-art commercial kitchen for food preparation, they go above and beyond by providing professional guidance and training that serves as a valuable learning experience for new Americans who are integrating into our community. Menu pricing, portion sizes, food safety, team work, etc. are all part of the experience for our food vendors, but there are many unanticipated experiences and rewards for everyone, including the Chefs, staff, and volunteers, which is a true testament to the power of the work we do. .
