Throw one of these delicious sauces from @aldiusa in the crockpot along with veggies (cauliflower, potatoes, carrots). Keep vegetarian or thrown in a frozen chicken breast or thighs if you’d like. .
Add in some garlic and onion, salt and pepper. Cook while you sleep and bam! .
Depending on if you work nights or days, you’ve got dinner either way! Stick it in the fridge and eat when you get home. .
I just shred the chicken and serve over rice. I like to add some frozen peas in at the end also. Sooo yummy!!
