Sharon in her first major film role as Odile de Caray in "Eye of the Devil," which was filmed at the Château de Hautefort from September 13th, 1965 to December, 1965.
This film was originally called "13," but due to the superstition and fear of bad luck that is said to come with the number; it was changed to the title we know now.
Another reason the title was changed was when Kim Novak broke her back in a horse riding accident two weeks before filming was supposed to be complete in November, 1965. Afterwards most of the footage had to be refilmed with Deborah Kerr, the filming was finally completed in February, 1966 at Elstree Studios in London.
