Super easy, yummy and filling to get you ready for the day ahead 🏃🏼♀️😃❤️🌈 Porridge oats are my go to breakfast when I plan to do exercise 🤞🏼 •30g oats
•20g frozen blueberries •1tsp @wholeearthfoods crunchy peanut butter •1 small banana •1/2 tsp chia seeds •milk of your choice and amount varies for personal preference.
Combine 1/2 the banana, milk, oats and blueberries and microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds.
Add the other half of chopped banana and the peanut butter microwave for 30-40 seconds.
Finish with chia seeds and ENJOY 🥰
