New blog post: Purple Sweet Potato Sauce!

This recipe was born because I wanted to make a quick nightshade-free pizza sauce that was more filling than pesto. I scoured my pantry and fridge, and this is what I came up with.

It is just as delicious and flavorful as it is vibrant. Don’t have or can’t find purple sweet potatoes? No problem, just use orange or white! Easy sub 🙂

Note that while the sauce itself is Paleo, AIP, and Whole30-compliant, using it on a pizza is not Whole30-compliant and would be considered #swypo
.
I have other recommended uses for the sauce on the recipe section of the blog post, so there are still plenty of ways to use the sauce otherwise!
