I met someone this week who had it all, or at least appeared to on the surface. Work, money and a relationship that looking like it would become a real love story. And yet underneath, they were deeply unhappy.

People, money and things are great, we may even feel they are the essence of our lives. But at the end of the day, it’s our own light or darkness we come home to.

We, ourselves, us on the inside, our souls, are all we ever truly have. ..
