Experienced @northstarcafe for the first time in Columbus this weekend! I had the sweet basil burrito made with with rotisserie roasted chicken, creamy pesto, sautéed veggies, & brown rice. I split one of their salted chocolate chip cookies with my friend. Good food & good company with @whatalannaeats 💙 🥰

Living in Columbus the last week for my rotation has been fun! I am learning so much about eating disorders, how to speak with clients about difficult topics, and the best way to create meal plans for clients to follow and reduce anxiety around food/challenge foods. 🙌🏻
