I am waiting for all the photos but this was my canapé at last night's pop up, themed along The Spice Route and raising money for the #boudiccaappeal .
These little tartlets were lovely and light and filled with the lip-smackingly good Bloody Mary tomato chutney from @thetealadyuk and then topped with local creme fraiche and a piece of celery. A savoury version of a sweet jam tart! .
They went perfectly with @hungrygourmet & @soniaduthiecooks opening bites, and set the scene for a great evening of fabulous food. .
