Alright it’s time for the 75HARD challenge. This challenge was made by the MF CEO @andyfrisella .<br />I needed something more then a physical challenge I needed something mentally challenging and 75HARD is where it’s at<br />.<br />Rules:<br /><br />1.) Pick a diet and stick to it. No cheat days and No alcohol <br />2.) Do two 45 minute workouts a day (1 HAS to be outside regardless the conditions)<br /><br />3.) Drink 1 gallon of water a day<br /><br />4.) Read 10 pages of a non fiction book (preferably a entrepreneur/ self improvement book)<br /><br />5.)
