Alright it’s time for the 75HARD challenge. This challenge was made by the MF CEO @andyfrisella .
I needed something more then a physical challenge I needed something mentally challenging and 75HARD is where it’s at
.
Rules:
1.) Pick a diet and stick to it. No cheat days and No alcohol
2.) Do two 45 minute workouts a day (1 HAS to be outside regardless the conditions)
3.) Drink 1 gallon of water a day
4.) Read 10 pages of a non fiction book (preferably a entrepreneur/ self improvement book)
5.) Take a progress pic everyday
Must go 75 Days straight .
If you cheat, miss a workout, forget to read, don’t drink enough water or forget a pic start back at day one and try again!
