Michael joined our local YMCA Tri family last summer. He’s been cycling for a while and started upping his game with swimming and running. He has been preparing for a 5K in August, but decided to take his Sunday training run to the Addiction Ends Here 5K. It also needs to be said that it was ridiculously hot that day! Way to go Michael!
