Do not be fooled by the gorgeous blue skies and the alluring colour of the water - those mountains in the far off distance are covered in snow and there's a glacier back there too! Water is a refereshing 10 degrees - maximum 😊😬 It's the first full day of our retreat and I'm super excited. We'll be starting the day with yoga and a morning swim( we'll all be well awake after that!) and later in the morning after breakfast heading out on a hike to Nordsandfjorden where we'll have our lunch on the beach.
