One of the best parts about Power Systems? Over half of the work we do doesn't have a written procedure in SIS nor an in-house SOP. It's up to the ingenuity of the technician and the talent and skill they possess to get the job done. I learned a phrase in the Marine Corps that we used regularly: "Adapt and Overcome". Here that phrase just as applicable as ever. •
Incidently, my shop is looking for a qualified tech. If you follow me you know our shop is small and the work is heavily varied. Proficiency on the engine side is only half of it.
