Why is our olive oil so fresh?

Our extra-virgin olive oil is cold pressed, mechanically milled, and produced by single-estate family farms. In central Crete (where our oil comes from) many of these farmers have been crafting olive-oil for generations. Skip the supermarket and go straight to the producer.
