It’s tough, but the goal is to go as far as you can.<br />.<br />➖1 pull-up, 1 push-up.<br />➖2 pull-ups, 2 push-ups.<br />➖3 pull-ups, 3 push-up.<br />Etc.<br />.<br />I got up to 6! The pull-ups get tough but the push-ups were not as bad.
