Monday Motivation💛<br />Monday’s are great! They’re a fresh start to a new week, a way for us to “reset”. This may be to get something done that we didn’t last week, a new healthy habit to start incorporating in your life, or an unhealthy habit you begin to watch more carefully & start to steer away from. When beginning a journey to a healthier lifestyle, Monday’s are a perfect place to start. Here are some changes that you can incorporate today & everyday for a healthier, happier you!<br />• Drink More Water<br />• Start the day with a solid routine & at least 3 things you want accomplished • Focus on your breath more • Read a little each day • Start bringing snacks along with you, just in case healthier options are not available & if you get hungry • Get enough sleep, even 15 minutes longer one night can make a huge difference<br />• Have some “no screen time” everyday<br />• Pamper yourself more (you deserve it!)<br />• Set Goals!<br />• Practice Gratitude • Drink more tea • Stretch at least 5 minutes after waking up • Set a workout routine that fits your schedule • Set time aside from your busy schedule to spend time with friends!<br />• Walk in nature 🍃🌿🌸🌙☀️✨
