10 days in California. And it was amazing. (Full disclosure we didn’t love LA) but the rest was amazing! I fought back & forth if I should post what we ate while we were there but then I thought this is my space & this is my life so let’s post it! The daughter & I shared just about everything so we had a little snack here & there throughout the day & it really worked for us. Great for the budget, getting to try a little bite & practice self control. •

This is THE first trip I’ve gone on that while we tried everything I got right back to keto the minute we got off the plane & I’m already below my vacation starting weight! (Although scales don’t matter...I was curious....I’m human.) •

I don’t feel bad for eating “off plan” if anything it gave me more control over my food then I’ve ever had in my life, I feel good about me so I’d call that a win! •
