Today I was talking to one of my new friends about why we #homeschool and #unschool . It was a great conversation and not the usual “how will they be socialized” nonsense I usually have to engage when exposing our choices. I have had plans and expectations for my kids and how they will be raised since middle school. And homeschool was one of those big things. I think what’s happening in our home daily is the lesson and the engagement between siblings is everything. I cherish these moments I get to spend with them. Look at my son a year ago laying on a painting we are preparing for showcase. The experience he is having is priceless and can’t be taught in regular school.
