I challenged myself 2 months ago to do something completely for myself. To do something that forced me to show up for myself and realize how much I'm WORTH IT.
I'm worth time, I'm worth energy and I deserve to wake up every day and feel good. I want to take steps every single day to better myself and know that NEXT YEAR at this time WATCH OUT.😎 👍 I know that I will have changed mentally,emotionally, spiritually and physically. Because every day, I work on these things.
Today I signed up to be a Beachbody Coach and I am so excited to see where this takes me.❤ Beachbody has changed my mindset and my body. It has pushed me to show up no matter what.
This started out as not my year, but I took it back.
