Another good day in the test kitchen. #5 steak sauce turned out great- tangy, rich and full of flavor. These burgers from @snakeriverfarms were top notch. The thick burger-ground chuck and smoked plate was crazy juicy and flavorful along with the American Wagyu burger super juicy and flavorful as well. Another burger testing scheduled for tomorrow.
