Kelowna in British Columbia is about halfway between Banff and Vancouver. Having read about it being the “Napa Valley of Canada”, I decided to stop here for a night to break up the drive. And it didn’t disappoint! The Okanagan valley is where some/most of Canada’s best crops are grown, including grapes. It’s a beautiful city and surrounds both sides of Okanagan Lake, with wineries lining both sides of the huge lake. I visited @hatchwines, @quailsgate, @missionhillwinery, and @summerhillwinery, and they were all so different and awesome in their own ways.
