After teaching about the impacts of stress on mind and body + listening to the Teams’ personal experiences w/ chronic stress and more......I led them into a guided practice that put #neuroplasticity (our ability to shift) into play.

With #mindfulness, #breathwork, #gaze, #stretch, #guidedimagery, #progressiverelaxation & #meditation — we uplifted our state of #mentalhealth and #wellbeing ⟶and transformed stress into #SERENITY!
