Idk why but this album just screams Victoria Schwab's books to me. The ambiguity, the fluctuation from loud to soft, screaming sorrows and subtle cries for saving. It's a masterpiece of music, much like Schwab's book are masterpieces of literature. 💫

If you can tell me something worth fighting for 💪🏾 Whilst imperfect, her characters are so real, beckoned by immorality and saved by the relationships they make with the people around them, well some of them at least. Lila, Kell and Rhy, August and Kate, perhaps even Victor and Mitch and Sydney to an extent (at least, the dog is pretty moral). But you can't help but root for them and their messy relationships, amidst a larger plot structure of war, violence and political turmoil, these relationships ground us. 😎
