For the first time I experienced “false labor” over the weekend. We went to the hospital, they monitored my contractions for 2 hours, I still didn’t progress past 4cm so they sent me home. This whole “waiting game” and feeling inconsistent contractions since then has been no fun. I NEVER had this with Nathan so it’s completely new. Plus, knowing how quick Nathan arrived once true labor started has me on edge. Especially, knowing I’m already 4cm dilated. Of course I’ve been THAT person who has been googling all the “tricks” to help get things moving 🤣 Any tips are much appreciated 🤰🏼
