Banana Cream Cheese Breakfast Tacos

In keeping with our theme for quick and easy breakfast ideas, we created these Banana Cream Cheese Breakfast Tacos. My daughter never liked to get up early for school. It seemed like I couldn't get her to eat much before we left for school. Now that we homeschool, she is still a slow mover in the morning. These Breakfast Tacos are the solution for picky eaters. They are made with 1 Eggo Buttermilk Pancake (3sp), 1 T. WW Cream Cheese (1sp), 1 tsp Smucker's Sugar Free Caramel Syrup (0sp), 1/2 Banana sliced lengthwise.
Follow the instructions for the pancake, spread cream cheese on it, add the banana and top with syrup. This will save you time, money and Smart Points! Also, this was hubby approved...he asked for seconds. Total win-win!!!
