Movement Monday 💠<br /><br />Partner Resisted Running Drills 💠<br /><br />Partner resistance can be used as a way to progressively add load to running drills.  It can also be used to teach proper posture and position. If an athlete lacks the strength or awareness to hold tall falling positions, we will aid them by either holding them from the front at the shoulders or as you see here, by holding them at the waist from behind.  A band can also be used for these, but one of our goals has always been to provide training programs with the least amount of equipment required. Use the buddy system and train with another one of our GPP community members! 💠
